Returning Poor Quality Items
We aim to provide top-quality products, but if something falls short, we’re here to assist. You can return any poor-quality items directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to a staff member if you are collecting your order.
Refund Process
If you have returned the item(s), we will arrange for a refund. The refund will be processed through a bank transfer.
